Hello Oliver
I have some issues with my laptop (HP Pavilion dv5-1135la). Some days ago when I turn on my laptop there was no desktop, no task bar either, but only an explorer window in a black background.
I tryied to reboot in save mode with the same results, Crtl+ Alt+Del followed with the task manager allows me to see my desktop by run explorer.exe. So, I though my problem was fixed but after reboot I found myself into the same situation than before. After that, I tryied to reboot in a previously saved configuration, it didn't worked (Windows can't do that for a reason unknown to me). I also tryied some malware detect programs like SuperAntipyware and Malwarebytes and they do not find anything wrong. I also try CCleaner without succes. The situation is I can see my desktop by only run explorer.exe each time I start my laptop. (Also the scroll of the "mouse" do not work.) Could you help me, please?
